Rules for the Pick-up "Area" and "Time"

1. Please be punctual. We will only wait for a maximum 20 minutes. If you do not appear, you will have to make another appointment with us, but please note that we will be CHARGING you for the second appointment.

2. If you will be late DO let us know in advance or before the appointed time, we will re-arrange the time for you for FREE or we will wait. Depending on the time schedule.

3. If we are late for our appointment, we are extremely sorry and will compensate for our mistake once we arrive.

4. Appointments will have to be made one day earlier BEFORE 9PM. Appointments after 9PM will not likely be considered as we are trying our best to fit as many customers as possible for each time slot.

5. The time schedule posted is not fixed and maybe inaccurate. However, that is the rough guideline of what times are available. The pick up times may be subject to change due to the convenience of both parties. This is why an e-mail before 9PM is essential.

Once again, we apologize for the prior inconvenience caused and hopefully the time schedule and new rules will make it easier for both our customers and ourselves. The new rules were implemented because we have had prior issues with customers being late and thus causing other customers to have to wait for their products. We hope you understand that the new changes are to improve our service.

RULES

1. Please DO NOT order through via the chatbox or SMS. We would like to keep a clear record of all the orders, please follow the order process like everyone else.

2. There is NO priority! The rules and regulations apply to ALL customers, no exceptions. We have to be fair to all our customers.

3. E-mails will be replied usually within 24 hours. During the evening or at latest before 10PM.

General Notes
1. You will not be charged for the first appointment. However, if you miss the first appointment without informing us, you WILL be charged if you decide to have a second appointment.

2. Confirmations regarding the appointment time will usually be sent out from 9PM to 10PM. However, if there are any changes we will let you know ASAP and will try our best to make it up for it.

That is all! Once again we would like to apologize for the extra rules, but this is to make it as convenient as possible for all of us. Please understand that we have to deliver not only your item but several others as well.

♥Terms and Condition♥

1. Items are pre-ordered from Korea (allow 10days to reach Brunei) ; AVOID Ordering if you need the lens Urgently. Customers will be informed from time to time when goods arrived or if there is any delay.

2. Birthday Voucher for VIP MEMBERS will not be able to be exchange for cash.

3. Please make your decision carefully on which lens you liked to get from us and do clarify with us if you have any questions.

4. Pick up area will be agreed with both parties (Free of charge) & If customers couldn't meet up then we will need you to bank in the payment and we will proceed to post the items to you :).

5. For customers who choose to use postage will be advised on our Bank details through SMS. (Customers will need to advise us on the Time & Date once payments are deposited).

6. Payments will only be made when goods arrived (You need NOT pay any instalment!) *for wholesale you may need to pay 80% instalment*

7. Read the Instructions and take good care of your own lenses. We will not be responsible for any eye infection.

8. If the ordered batch happened to be delayed, we hope for your understanding and allow us to explain ourselves.

Feel free to ask us anything regarding lenses or you suspect your lenses bought from other seller is fake, or even you have question on maintenance steps. We will do our best to help you even if you didn't purchase your lenses from us. :).
